We do have breaks in our inland valleys but there is a chance of thunderstorms. As we look at live doppler 7 you will notice we have wet weather from the santa cruz area up through saratoga and sunnyvale, but as we go into the east bay its been light around martinez and richmond, 580, walnut creek a few light showers, dillon beach into marin, a lot of people live around hayward, fremont, san matteo not seeing any rain there. Police say they were patrolling the parking lot of the Hillsdale Shopping Center when they spotted a car they bieve was stolen. The driver and second suspect led officers on a chase and threw credit cards out of the car along south el camino real. The suspects hit another car and ended up in a culdesac. Officers got out of the car and approached them. That is when the suspects drove their car towards officers and one officer opened fire injuring them.
