Future. On highway 1 near pacifica, devon, kpix 5. A crash killed a man today in pleasant hill. It happened on taylor boulevard north of withers avenue. The chp says a woman lost control of a toyota mini van, veered to the left and hit a lexus, the impact partially ejected a passenger from the lexus, even though he was wearing a seat belt. He died from head trauma. Two other people in the lexus were hurt. In neighboring walnut creek one intersection has seen dozen of serious crashes over several years. Kpix 5 is at the spot on ignacio valley road where there have been lots of wrecks. Hey brian, of all of the accidents in recent years, 8 of them happen at this busy intersection. And this is not the only trouble spot here. Ignacio valley road, the busiest and most dangerous road. Traffic gets really going. It happened in barcelona as people were enjoying a summer evening. We have the latest from spain in our newsroom. Isis is claiming responsibility for the attack which started around 8 00 when a van jumped a curb and plowed into the crowd. These images show how horrific and chaotic it was in the las ramblas district of barcelona. It is an area filled with shops. Victims were left in the street. 13 killed at least 100 were injured. The city went into lockdown with the Police Walking the street and Closing Stores in the train station. I heard many people screaming and then i saw the been going down the boulevard. You could see all of the bodies at las ramblas. It was brutal. Police believe another man was used in the attack as a getaway car. Two people are in custody and the search continues for the driver.
