Renewable energy solutions provider Suzlon Group announced on Wednesday that its S144 – 3 MW series of wind turbines has secured the RLMM (Revised List of Models & Manufacturers) listing from the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE).
Suzlon Group has received an order from BrightNight to install 29.4 MW wind capacity in Maharashtra. The project is part of BrightNight s 100 MW wind-solar hybrid project. Suzlon will install 14 units of S120-140m wind turbine generators with a rated capacity of 2.1 MW each. The project is expected to be commissioned from April 2024 and will reduce 2.5 lakh tonne of CO2 emissions per year.
Renewables solution provider Suzlon Group on Friday announced that it has bagged a large order for a 201.6 MW wind energy project from Teq Green Power XI, a part of O2 Power. However, the company did not disclose the value of the order in its statement.
Suzlon Energy share price: The order win helped the company's stock to continue its upward move for the fifth consecutive session today. Suzlon Energy, which is a part of Suzlon Group, shares jumped 4.24 per cent to hit a one-year high price of Rs 22.86.
