He wasnt just caught on one camera. He was caught on three. This is exclusive video we obtained showing a suspect lingering outside a womans window. Police say he then performed a lewd act on himself. Its very terrible, especially if they have kids, you know, all over. Reporter another camera shows him running f, after being spotted.
