He wasnt just caught on one camera. He was caught on three. This is exclusive video we obtained showing a suspect lingering outside a womans window. Police say he then performed a lewd act on himself. Its very terrible, especially if they have kids, you know, all over. Reporter another camera shows him running f, after being spotted. And a third video news 4 obtained finally shows the man calmly walking down an alley. Its horrible. Words cant even explain what kind of person he is. In this neighborhood, a parent told us hes now telling his kids to stay away from the windows. Police say the man is in his early 20s, and he showed up in this alley on black rock avenue just before 1 00 a. M. Thursday. Neighbors are worried hes still in the area. Never know what might happen. Reporter stefan, its been interesting to watch people walk up to the building here on west 56th street behind me and do a double take at the wanted poster featuring that man on crutches. We talked to a couple earlier this evening whose apartment was burglarized and they tell us they dont believe he actually needed those crutches. They believe this was all an act of the building unsuspected. Would you really assume this guy was up to no good . His right leg in a brace, his body held up by a pair of crutches. But police say the apparently disabled man bug larized three midtown apartments. Like i never heard of that before. Thats unusual. Reporter this man has worked here for nearly three years but no doorman was on duty during the burglaries on tuesday. Applies say the alleged crook on apartments on this west 56th Street Building in just one day. His apparently injured leg didnt stop him from going floor tow floor, stealing a laptop, a rolex, a diamond necklace and other valuables from the apartments when no one was home. Residents now taking extra precautions. I went back in and double locked my door, which i wasnt in the habit of doing. Reporter two of the victims tell us they believe this was all an act, that the alleged burglar donned the crutches and apartments unnoticed. But john believes people have no need to worry. They now know what he looks like. I dont think hes going to come back. Reporter and the couple we talked to were adamant that they had locked their apartment door. They believe the suspect picked their apartment door, and thats how they were able to get in. New tonight, police need your help identifying a man who was found wandering naked on the upper west side. Police got calls about this man yesterday afternoon. Officers found him sitting on a curb on west 68th street. He seemed to be disoriented, confused. He was taken to roosevelt hospital. If you recognize him, call tonight on the shootings of two San Diego Police officers. Authorities in Southern California say the suspect is in Critical Condition after being shot. Police also arrested a second man after a standoff at his home. But officials dont know if he was involved in the shootings. Officers Jonathan Deguzman was killed and officer wade irwin was severely injured while make a stop overnight. Investigators arent commenting on a motive or maybe what led to the shooting. Taylor was convicted of killing 21yearold sarah goode after a party in 2014. Her body was founded in a wooded area in her hometown of medford. She had been stabbed. The judge had strong words for taylor, saying there was no hope for him. You may circle dates on the cale nothing because there is no date for you to get out. We hope you rot in the depths of hell and feel the pain and tofrture that sarah felt in her last hours. Taylors attorney asked for leniency. He argued that he only had consensual sex with goode and that someone else attacked her. He plans to appeal. Frustrated and heartbroken. A brooklyn mother says old wounds have been ripped open by a judges decision. Carmen ojedas daughter, brianna, died six years ago from she was rushing the 11yearold girl to the hospital when she was stopped by a police officer. That officer did not perform cpr, saying he didnt feel properly trained. Ojeda sued the city, and the officer, saying he should have done more to save her daughter. Today the judge threw the case out. The ojeda family now wants a change in policy. To make sure that our officers are trained in this lifesaving technique.
