No one has any right to distort facts in comments made on social media, the Supreme Court said while issuing a contempt notice to AIUDF leader Karim Uddin Barbhuiya over a Facebook post.
"Sir, I decline to appear in Court because it is a useless notice from you to me. It is a disrespectful act from you to me", the contemnor's response to notice in the contempt petition read.
