Three senior Law Enforcement officials tell nbc news, they are anticipating the former president will turn himself in at the atlanta jail, no earlier than thursday, but they stressed nothing is yet officially it. Democratic what congressman, eric swalwell, gave msnbc his assessment of what happens next for the former president. Here it is.
