So there is that chance this afternoon. Particularly in northern New Hampshire and perhaps a spot sprinkle elsewhere. Otherwise it will be warmer today as well. Lets go. Patrick this video is from a passenger on that American Airlines flight. He kept the camera rolling as he went down the emergency chute. Flight 383 was on its way to miami when the plane aborted its takeoff because of an enginerelated issue. Theres a report tonight that the plane experienced uncontained engine failure. That is when engine parts break off and are spewed outside the engine. Chicagos deputy fire commissioner says the incident could have been devastating if it happened after takeoff. 170 people were on board. They all made it off. Authorities say 20 passengers have minor injuries, hurt while using the emergency slides. We started to take off. We didnt get in the air, and the right side engine blew, big ball of fire. Everyone was so professional. The pilot stop the plane perfect , and we started exiting. It was kind of a coordinated chaos. It was unbelievable how we got out of that plane.
