Heres a live look at the bay bridge toll plaza. Eastbound roadwork is still there if you are leaving San Francisco hopping on the lower deck into oakland. In the commute direction bay bridge toll plaza very light for 5 01 this morning no delay at all getting into San Francisco. Up and down the nimitz, they should have cleared the overnight roadwork this morning. It was in both directions northbound 880 hitting broadway exits heading into downtown oakland and there was some in san leandro southbound 880. Caltrans told us earlier they were hoping to have it wrapped up by 5 00. And heres a live look at our sensors coming into and out of San Francisco. Sounds like theres a car blocking one lane southbound 101 near the cow palace. It looks like a stall blocking one lane but obviously, on our sensors, were not seeing any delays on 101 or 28

University is being held without bail. Police say 26yearold aaron ybarra opened fire and was grabbed by a person. Ybarra is not a student at Seattle Pacific university. Classes there are canceled today. David begnaud has our report. Authorities in seattle say they have nabbed the man behind the shooting at Seattle Pacific university thursday afternoon. We have one suspect in custody for the shooting. He is a white male, approximately 26 years of age. The first shots were reported at about 3 30 local time. Police say the shooter acted alone, carried a knife and a shotgun and opened fire at campus building. At least one person was killed, several others injured. I heard a shot, a bang, looked outside, and i saw a man lying face down on the ground with another man holding a shotgun over him. Reporter cops say some quick thinking students helped to put an end to the situation.
