Governor newsom updating the state on the covid19 crisis and saying the state is, quote, turning the page on testing. The new approach is as cases continue to climb. But the governor also said that he owns there are testing lapses here in california that made it difficult to track the deadly virus. In all, more than 126,000 people have now been tested.
