It was down the dam that the teenager was sledding when he went out into the water on to the ice fell through the ice and was able to get on to that overflow dam out there. That concrete structure. He climbed out of the concrete structure and fell into the water a couple of times according to witnesses, intense moments here. But then firefighters got here. Two of them put on ice suits and were able to get to him to put blankets over him to try to warm him up. It took an hour before they were able to bring them to shore via a boat. If you look over here at the roads, you can see theyre clear and all the snow for the most part has been pushed off to the side and the streets looking pretty good. It was a digout day after the storm and the dig to clear the roads went smoother than most anyone thought it would. I went out this morning i think at about 8 00 and they were still covered. Now they look great. There were ton of plow trucks out there. I was surprised at the amount of trucks they had this time. The work for the clearing streets was done. Help us.
