Since the occupy movement rocked oakland. 1. 3million being paid to protestors who claimed they were illegally detained for days after a nighttime confrontation with police in front of the y. They did not give the people they arrested an opportunity to leave. And they were kept at santa rita for as long as 3 1 2 days. Reporter its not even the biggest settlement.
