police issued an arrest warrant for franklin gross who faces a number of charges. so far, gross is the only person that police have arrested and charged. he is still getting treatment tonight. but police have arrested him and charged him with attempted first and second-degree murder, assault, and he also faces a gun charge. officers say that he was on parole for armed robbery. baltimore city police were doing a routine patrol the area as there are a lot of bars that were closing down for the night. the police officer tried to question franklin gross, but he pulled out a gun and shot the officer. the officer chased him for a city block. they finally caught up with him at mercy hospital. they say he check himself in with multiple gunshot wounds. at last check, he was in serious condition. the baltimore city police have not released to the identity or name of the police officer that was involved in the shooting. we do know that he was a 2009 graduate of the economy. he is expe
