East Norriton Police arrived at the home to find joanna unresponsive. She was shot in the head. Neither she nor her unborn baby could be saved. At first detectives determined miller was negligent but not criminally liable in his handling of the firearm but in a news release today the Montgomery County d. A. s office says after a lengthy investigation miller is now in fact charged with involuntary manslaughter.
