Hurricane irma is inching closer and closer to south florida with winds with 106 Miles Per Hour. The storm shifting further west. The eye of the storm with its sights on the florida keys and tampa. The National Weather service tweeting this is as real as it gets. Nowhere in the florida keys is safe. We are running out of time. The storm is almost here. If youre in an evacuation zone you need to go now. More than 5. 6 Million People have been asked to evacuate. Many in low lying coastal areas. Cars for miles. Reporter as time runs out people are trying to escape the storm. Traffic so bad on the three routes out of the of south florida, some abandoned their cars. Those trying to get out by air finding themselves stuck. Those who tried to get in hoping to get a last minute ticket stranded and bussed to shelters. We spent hours trying to find a flight.
