That complaint log is kept, and it is reviewed through our Organizational Assessment and improvement program, and all of the complaints are followed up on in a timely manner. Of course, there are other ways to do it. Weve received a variety of letters from individuals expressing concerns about specific issues at cemeteries, and we apply the same level of aggressive resolution to those complaints as well. Do you respond to individuals . Oh, yes, sir. We respond to individual letters absolutely. How long does it take . Is it on a timely basis . Give me an example how you respond. I think it would depend on the nature of the complaint and how quickly we can resolve it. Say were working on the issue.
