The landmark legislation that was passed early in 2001. We authorized in the year 2000. In the past 23 years, the Childrens Fund has had a remarkable run, has had an enormous changes and many communities have been stabilized by the Childrens Fund and a lot of young people have that had opportunity to have real excited Youth Development activities that have made a huge difference in their lives.
