Im convinced hes delusional about the victim and has had victim. Hes been in prison for terrorizing a zennia woman. As soon as he got out, he went after his current victim, a school. She didnt even know him. He claimed to be hes her husband, he sent packages to her school. Psychiatrist testifying in his behalf, he didnt need to be in a maximum security facility. Im not aware of escaped risked, though theres threats, im not aware of physical altercation. In court, he talked continuously and glaring at the table. He will be in columbus until he could assist on his own defense. We have a defendant who is obsessed with the women. Even in prison, he had problems with the male was blocked to the prior victim. Nd an even as he was led out of court, he continued his rant. I have a right.
