He lives across the street from the house where the family found a suspicious device belonging to a relative who recently died. The bomb squad spent three hours last night examining the object. During that time, officers locked down the neighborhood. Then i tried to open to see what was going on and the officers say, we dont want you to leave the house. The officers say in these situations they usually use a robot to move the object but it detonated inside the house causing Severe Damage to the home and blowing out a window at the corner store. If they can move it, they will try to. In this incident, it was determined it was to indication to too dangerous to move. It compromised safety. Residents a block away say it was startle. What is the latest on the search . Good morning to you. The air search has stopped for the night. The next flight is set to depart when the sun comes up in about five hours. Five aircraft have scanned the water looking for these objects. One appears to be about 15 feet across, the other much larger between 75 and 80 feet long. An education oceanographer sayi thinking he can possibly see an oil slick. The images are four days old, which means current has since moved them elsewhere. Now the satellite located the objects 1500 miles south. It is in the roaring 40s because of the location along 40 degrees latitude and the seas are always so rough. Today they were at nine feet, the winds 30 Miles Per Hour and the visibility was not good, it was poor. The authorities saying it could take days to find these objects if they find them at all. Australian authorities stopped short of saying this is part of the wreckage, yet credible enough to divert a lot of assets including military aircraft, maybe warships to that search area. So what does that tell you . Well, some very high hopes after looking at some satellite photographs that were taken on the 16th. Thats four days now. Those photographs seem to indicate that there is indeed some debris just beyond, just south of an area where they were targeting a search. This is about 1500 miles southwest of perth, australia, in an area that is about 170,000 square miles. This is just south of that area where they were looking.
