The past hour or so getting more and more intense. It looks like downtown San Francisco, marina district, its soak outing there. A lot of it moved further east, danville, moraga, orinda, heavy rain, oakland as well saw 1. 5 of rain so far overnight into these earlymorning hours. So the rain right now is probably the most intense especially across the south. We go to fremont there. You can see about a half inch to threequarters inch of rain per hour there. Just going to stay this way for the next couple of hours until noon. Well see continued rainfall across the south and then well see rain totals increase over the next few hours. Todays agenda we have an item for the board to approve amendment to the bylaws and rules of order to add California High Speed Rail Authority as a new member and acknowledge additional city and county of San Francisco member to the board. Once this step is completed and once we have received the executed First Amendment to joint Powers Agreement from the respective agencies, then we will, then california high speed rail will be a member of the city and new member of the city and county of San Francisco will join the boards.
