He went to the local Police Department and the Mayors Office and has said im not somebody stole my documents and i believe its my younger brother. So its possible that this Driss Oukabir who has been identified by authorities as the suspect is not the suspect at all. Because according to spanish newspaper, quoting mayor of the town, the police chief of the town where he lives in the gerona region where he resides, he reported the theft of his documentation. As for the driver, witnesses say they saw an individual get out of the car and run. The suspect or suspects are still missing, and a manhunt is underway right now. One person tells local media that this van was traveling about 50 miles an hour when it just mowed down this crowd. We begin with the breaking news out of barcelona, spain. A van has crashed into a large crowd of people in what people are, what the police are calling a terror attack. We expect a News Conference from the local police to begin any moment now. Well have live coverage of that. Here is what we know right now government officials report at least one death, 17 injured.
