[ sirens ] this is cell phone video showing bodies just strewn along the sidewalk there. Obviously, People Racing to get out of the area, some of these bodies moving, some not. As for the driver, witnesses say they saw an individual get out of the car and run. The suspect or suspects are still missing, and a manhunt is underway right now. One person tells local media that this van was traveling about 50 miles an hour when it just mowed down this crowd.
