According to the complaint, the first incident took place on december 1 when 46yearold johnson used his position as a School Employee to gain access to the 16yearold victims personal cell number and called her. Then on december 3 johnson allegedly pulled her out of class, told the teacher that he would be right back and then took her to his class room. The complaint states the victim was then kept there for more than an hour. And during that time, johnson allegedly made sexual advances on the teen by kissing and touching her. The complaint also says the victim was a student of johnsons last school year. Johnson has bonded out of jail. He is under a no contact order with minors. I checked with des moines public schools.
