We are not seeing any of that information in this charter petition. We do not have the information for a k5 to say they are doing any better or any worse. We do not have the information. We are not comparing apples to oranges, we are comparing apples to mangoes. As i a totally different thing, or like a piece of steak. Its a very different thing. Im just urging you we do not have to prove this charter, and they can get approved by the state. I encourage us things are changing because people are seeing how things have been happening in the state. I think people are understanding that there is a difference between what has been happening, and will we really want to see happening. I went away, moved away, and actually the School District is what brought me back from houston. Prior to her transitioning over to mlk, we look into a Charter School. The Charter School did not have the Resources Available to her, that is why we chose mlk. Receiving a letter last night, from the school, indicating that the school was going to be losing 300,000 with the possibility of losing resources. To me, that means that my child, as well as other children are going to be losing precious resources that are afforded to them right now. Those resources could be counselors, could be School Nurses could be somebody to talk to at that school. Those resources will be lost if this funding is misappropriated somewhere else. Friend was one that died in the fire. So we have no idea. It has been hard. We think that because they are thinking very long and hard, theyre making the decision. This is surprise me . No. But it does disappoint me. Reporter our legal analyst said it is unusual to lose three juries jurors in one city. Usually it is one, maybe two. So that leads to the question, what went on here . Did they talk to somebody in the news media . Did they read something . Did they watch something . And then i assume that they started to discuss it in front of other jurors. And one or more of them reported it to the bailiff, who reported it to the judge. Reporter now the fate of the defendants are in the hands of this newly formed jury of seven women and five men. It is a potentially ominous sign. The judge said that there may be scheduling conflicts with five jurors. This means that the one remaining alternate will be tapped to serve on the story.
