Black smoke rising from the Oakland Hills at 9 40 Tuesday Morning sent an ominous wave of panic. Oakland fire says what ignited the blaze is a gasoline generator hooked up because power was cut off by pg e because of the red flag warning posted for the east bay hills. It was a huge explosion. Its like i hear a neighbor saying its the generator that explode and then we see the fire all over the place and i started to shake and everybody just get panicked and started to run all over the place. Out si a day out of School Outdoor fun in the snow. These kids turned the backyard into a snow slope, the perfect location nor sledding. Backyard all day. Payton no school today and is awesome. Fun, they are in and out all day, we dug ourselves out and then we brought a couple of car loads and dropped them off and 12 of us and kids going down the hill.
