This happened in the home they share in the 800 block of east 12th street north. 29 year old cristy clark and 28 year old somer speer are charged with child endangerment of a 2, 4, 6, and 9 year old. Clark and speer also tested positive for meth and admitted to using it while caring for the kids. Jack lam the man arrested for stabbing and killing his brother earlier this year has been sentenced. 33 year old frank turner took a plea deal after charges were dropped down to attempted murder and going armed with intent. Hes getting 30 years in prison. He must serve 17 and a half years before he can be eligible for parole.
