New Delhi: Some Bollywood personalities, including actors Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn and director Karan Johar, have tweeted in support of the Ministry of External Affairs’ (MEA) statement against international support for the farmers’ protest.
Using the hashtags #IndiaTogether and #IndiaAgainstPropaganda, the Bollywood celebrities said that citizens should focus on the government’s efforts to resolve the ongoing farmer crisis rather than paying attention to “half truths” and those “creating differences”.
