And that is making the decision even more difficult. Its a struggle, said geri huser, a member of the three person board. I dont like that part of this process. Board members say, regardless of their decision, these companies will want to transport crude oil. Many people weve talked to one both sides will agree. The board is being very deliberate throhout this whole process. Its Spokesman Says he believestheyre taking the right steps to get closer to a decision.
