Good morning and thanks for joining us. Im lukas voss. We begin this morning with the sioux city teen charged with attempted murder for shooting a police officer. Isaiah mothershed made his first appearance in court yesterday. Via a video feed from the Woodbury County jail. The 18yearold was read his chars. Which include two counts of attempted murder and five counts of first degree robbery. Each carrying a maximum 25 year prison sentence. Mothershed was arrested sunday morning after a lenghty investigation into a string of robberies. Authorities believe hes connected to several crimes, including a Home Invasion where a special needs child was tied up and beaten while others were held at gunpoint.
