And the ceremony reading of the names started earlier this morning. An honor guard made up of people representing the new York City Fire department, the police and other Emergency Response agencies all participating this morning. And heres some video of another moment of silence. This was held at 9 03 eastern time, about an hour ago our time, when the second plane struck the south tower of the World Trade Center. My brothers were eight, seven, and five. Today im proud to be here to memorialize my father. This is the place that gives me a chance to think about beautiful memories, like Christmas Eve when dad took my brothers and i to work to give my mom a break. On 9 11, the nation came together. A williamsburg nurse is facing serious charges for stealing prescription drugs according to James City County police. And apparently this isn t the first time she s been accused of similar crimes. The story new at 5. Stealing drugs while working at the pavilion at williamsburg place as a nurse. That s what 28 yearold Meagan Howell is City County Police. The deputy chief tells us the crimes happened in december of last year and she was arrested just last week. The pavilion is an inpatient according to their website. The charges which including possessing drugs and larceny are very similar to the ones brought against howell a year ago in january of 2015 in newport news. She was going by meagan weis at that time. James City County Police say that was the previous name that was listed for her on the paperwork that was used to secure the warrants for her arrest. It s unclear where she was working at the time of her arrest in newport news but according to Court Records she s facing a charge
