The new ordinance proposes to update that resolution by the open space reserve, reaffirming the campus boundaries on the blackout line as well as the expansion and restriction areas shown in the shaded area. It would include all nonresidential buildings within the campus site. Trenton, wrightstown both at quartermile visibility, down to half a mile at toms river. And look at the thick fog for atlantic city, millville, dover, georgetown and wildwood. Theyre seeing zero visibility this morning. So, theres plenty of fog across delaware and south jersey, and clouds across the rest of the area, keeping temperatures much warmer this morning.
