Its been several hours now since shooting happened. You can see several police cars on scene here at a home off of Sandy Springs road. You can see possibly beyond the crime scene tape here the home here that light in the window there and thats where police are saying this shooting took place. We have sky fox video shot last night of very active scene several police cars and fire and rescue personal responded to the scene that happened before 10 30 last night. Police say they got a report of assault inside the home here off sandy spring road. 4500 block. When they arrived they found a man in 20s inside the home suffering from gunshot wound to upper body and say he was taken to a hospital where he later died. Police are on scene as they conduct their investigation. Theyre interviewing witnesses and they cannot confirm a motive at this time and dont know what led up to the shooting and do believe the victim and suspect knew each other.
