News Nation Bureau | Edited By : Arshi Aggarwal | Updated on: 07 May 2017, 09:41:25 AM New Delhi: The first Indian woman to become chief justice of a high court Justice Leila Seth, who passed away at the age of 86 on Friday, donated organs before death.  Justice Seth’s younger son Shantum Seth revealed that there will not funeral as she had pledged to donate her organs. She died of a cardiac seizure in the night (Friday), at 10:28 pm. My brother Vikram, sister and our other family members are here, he said.

Ladakh LG virtually inaugurates second edition of Ladakh Literature Festival 2020 AIR Pics Ladakh Lieutenant Governor R K Mathur virtually inaugurated the second edition of Ladakh Literature Festival, 2020, in Leh today. The three Day festival will host  a series of talks, importance of the region, ancient knowledge of Ladakh, Folk music, cultural Dance, geology and wildlife of Himalayas and several interesting topics on YouTube and Facebook streaming. On this occasion, Mr Mathur said, Ladakh and its rich culture have generated a vast and reassuring interest among the literature enthusiasts all over the world. He said that Ladakh having an amalgamation of different cultural influences from India, Central Asia and Tibet gives the region and its people a unique cultural identity.
