In the east bay, there is a debate going on in the California High School in san ramon where a Student Leadership group has decided to no longer include the National Anthem as part of the school pep rally. Officials are saying so far. Reporter this all happened at James Lick Middle School police are still here and there are Fire Departments and medical crews that have been in and out. We do not see was the mass casualty bus that was but in to evaluate students. School and fire officials have said 10 students became sick after ingesting something. What that is, is still unknown but they are checking for edible marijuana. The 10 students are in nonlife threatening condition although one student is considered critical but nonlife threatening. The others are less severe earlier we heard from the San Francisco Fire Department. At about 1 20 this afternoon the Fire Department received a 911 phone call from James Lick Middle School indicating they had students the possibly were under the effects of an adjusted substance. Our first initial dispatch units arrived on scene and determined they had three patients and that number throughout the last hour grew to eight total is a total of 10 victims.
