I am here to talk about eliminating the liberty stop on the j line. So commonsense dictates that a train comes around a blind corner at a slow rate of speed. I think i heard 3 Miles Per Hour is the law. We calculated the risk that it doesnt come around the corner at that speed and the operator comes around the corner and there is a child or a cat im a cat lover if you are not familiar with the liberty stop its a rightofway stop, that means that the rightofway is the train coming and its definitely not something smaller in front of that. Problems the buses incurred. There was a number of things whether they related to software or some mechanical problem that were discovered while the buses were in route and we will have the records to maintain the bus. But do you have to accept the bus before you do that . Im sorry . Do you have to accept the bus before you get the records . No. We dont have to accept it. Part of the problem is there has been a lot of give and take if you will between us and new flyer at accepting points on various points and whether something and we have given them notice that some of the things they have produced in the bus are not working out the way we want and given them a directive to fix it. In some cases if it occurs in a certain number of buses then it qualifies as a fleet defect and they need to address it that fashion.
