The plane was on its way to san jose when it crashed into several homes shortly after taking off from riverside. Home Surveillance Video shows this crash. This morning, a man is in custody and under evaluation after leading Police Officers on a high speed chase through two east bay cities. It all ended in a lengthy standoff. Lilian kim has the story.
