One Vikas Bohat was booked for outraging modesty of a woman. The High Court quashed the FIR after the parties entered into a settlement. However, the Court imposed a unique condition.
Such a person who has no respect of law cannot be shown any sympathy by the court, the High Court said while dismissing the petition moved by the officer.
The Court noted that the man first promised that he would marry the woman and, acting on this promise, the woman and her husband divorced by mutual consent.
