The department has done to implement the appropriate recommendations so over the next few slides im basically going to highlight our status for quarter 2 of 20142015 and so for the Second Quarter of fiscal year we k34uk9d 14 followup including 1 one hundred 17 contested recommendations and of the 14 recommendations we still have 7 follows up that are open we have two, that have lapsed and 5 that are after our two year period and two are closed of the one hundred 17 recommendations status we have 42 percent or 49 that have been closed of one hundred 17 recommendations and 43 recommendations that residential open and 23 that are lapsed but again, we continue to follow up up on those individually and two, that have been contested by department ill discuss those more in depth when their contest the department that opted not to implement the recommendation so there are summaries of the proposed follows up in the Quarterly Report and you can find that on our website at the controllers we are

And then we have andrew worthington, he went to new college in oxford, and we have known each other for a very long time. He has been at the forefront of investigating who was at Guantanamo Bay. He wrote a book called the guantanamo files. It talked about the stories and he has codedirected a film about it as well. Troops in afghanistan in a way that afghan sovereignty will not be compromised, in a way that afghan law will not be compromised, in a way that the provisions that we arrive at through our talks will give the United States the satisfaction of what it seeks, and will also provide the Afghan People the benefit that they are seeking through this partnership and the subsequent agreement.
