Jesse langley was from bodies bay, and samuel garcia, 86, from bodies bay, and 60yearold david costa from ripon. The survivor has not opinion identified. The boat was rescued yesterday morning. We have the late forest bodies bay. Witnesses say the coast guard and other rescue workers quickly recovered four people from the dangerous waters.
