Judge DelConte is keeping that tally but it hasn’t been released to anyone and probably won’t be this week. What we do know is that the judge is continuing to plow through thousands of disputed ballots one at a time. On Tuesday, Judge Scott DelConte reviewed 400 ballots coming from Broome County and will continue with Oneida County on Wednesday, deciding which will ultimately count in the final vote total. Right now, the candidates are separated by just 29 votes.

Tenney’s spokesman reports the Republican challenger with a lead of roughly 30 votes. Syracuse.com says Oneida County officials have been reviewing 1,800 affidavit ballots during the last week. However, the race isn’t over just yet as State Supreme Court Judge Scott Delconte still needs to rule on several thousand affidavit and absentee ballots. The total unofficial results across the 22nd district have Tenney with 155,862 votes and Brindisi with 155,833. OSWEGO, N.Y. Claudia Tenney has maintained her lead in the last undecided Congressional race in the country, but just barely, and much is yet to come in the race. Tenney has a lead of 29 votes in the 22nd Congressional District after Oneida County announced its completed tally Wednesday. Oneida County finally finished up its review of about 1,800 affidavit ballots that were not included in the initial count.
