UTICA, N.Y. Judicial review for the 22nd Congressional race continued into its third day on Wednesday, with the latest tally showing Congressman Anthony Brindisi leading Claudia Tenney by 14 votes a number that s expected to change as more challenged votes are ruled on.
Oswego County Judge Scott Delconte spent a majority of the day reviewing ballot situations in Madison, Chenango, and Oneida Counties. In Madison County, 92 ballots were submitted with time stamping issues.

Tuesday was day two of judicial review of challenged ballots in the 22nd Congressional District Race.
State Surpeme Court Justice in Oswego County, Scott DelConte, wanted to be done with his review by Wednesday, but there is still a lot to do.
Justice DelConte has to go through all of the disputed ballots, more than 2,000, and determine which should or shouldn t be counted.
Attorneys from both Anthony Brindisi and Claudia Tenney s campaigns provided legal reasoning for their objections in court.

Court proceedings for the 22nd Congressional District race resumed on Monday.
State Supreme Court Justice in Oswego County, Scott DelConte, was supposed to begin ruling on challenged ballots at 9 a.m., however did not start until 2 p.m. because Oneida County Board of Elections officials are not done canvassing affidavit ballots and won t be done until sometime next week.
There are over 2,000 challenged ballots in the district, 1,700 of those are from Oneida County.
Brindisi-Tenney race narrows even more: 3 to 5 votes separate candidates

OSWEGO, N.Y. The incredibly close race for the 22nd Congressional District got even closer Tuesday, as about 90 new votes from a bundle of about 2,500 affidavit ballots from Oneida County were counted.
Incumbent Anthony Brindisi (D) and Claudia Tenney (R) are separated by three to five votes, according to an update in court from one of Brindisi’s attorneys. The candidates’ attorneys have been locked in a courtroom battle for nearly two months to determine the winner.
The attorney, Bruce Spiva, did not specify which candidate had the minuscule edge.
