Open fire, killing the driver near the 11 00 news on ktvu. Fox two starts now. And the witness says about 20 people were in that exact area of the consulate where the car crashed. Amber julie, i spoke with a College Student who was inside the chinese consulate applying for a visa to visit his grandpa in china. Videos posted on x show the blue honda civic that crashed through the front door of the chinese consulate in San Francisco. And inside a lobby where people were applying for visas to travel to that country. After i was shaking, i was i was like very like scared. It was very like slightly traumatic. Tony shin tells me he was among the 20 people waiting to process their visas. I heard a really loud bang. I thought it was like gunshots.
