Students were coming inside from recess and they were realizing it was just too hot to focus on learning. There is bound to be lost learning time as a result. There is no ac on campus because the temperature in richmond usually hovers in the 70s and the schools second floor gets especially hot as heat rises and they try to make it as comfortable for students at possible.
