Finding and the general plan. It is true, though, the intent of the finding was to get to a point where we are having a better geographic spread of these uses throughout the city. The finding itself does cover a lot of topic areas. It kind of should be split into multiple findings. The truth is when we look geographically at the city, the eastern neighborhoods, particularly the mission are overconcentrated. So while we do find that theres particular location and where its locating is not exacerbating an overconcentration on a microlevel, we need to address in the finding that at a macrolevel the city does have a concentration in the eastern neighborhoods. So it is a bit of a finding. Is that overconcentration reason to turn it down . Or is that a statistic you would use for additional regulation Going Forward . Its a policy the city is tr. Eternal god, we gather here on this sacred ground to pause, reflect, and remember the 129 crew members of the United States ship thresher. They served their country in the height of the cold war and were fully prepared to do whatever called upon to defend our nation, be it above or below the seas. The tragic loss felt on that april day of 1963 still stings our hearts. But we are also thankful that out of this tragedy, much good has come through the establishment of the sub safe program, our nation has the strongest and safest submarine force in history. This assurance of safety has been secured by those who gave their lives while onboard the thresher. We thank you for those gathered here this day who have worked tirelessly to ensure that those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service of our nation are never to be forgotten. CSPAN3 Edward Ivinson Early Laramie July 13, 2024

So edward was actually of all down in thewas born caribbean. He lived there for seven years. His father move they to manage a sugarcane plantation and he wound up in new york city in about 1852. While he was there, he met a young woman. She was 16 and he was 23, and they ran away to get married and they, like a lot of young folks, moved west to make their fame and fortune and wound up in laramie, wyoming. The family had been living in tennessee, and he decided to move the family to california. Way he he got the thought he would get to california, he had a dry goods store and he sold all of it and got freight cars and put his stuff in them. As the Union Pacific was built across the right planes, he followed right along and had a rolling store. Winter of 1867, he learns that the Union Pacific railroad is going to have a facility and what would be coming become laramie. Incame over for the railroad 1860 eight and built a log building in downtown laramie and started selling things to peopl
