The territorial ambitions of China and Pakistan require the Indian armed forces to remain alert and deployed along disputed borders and coastal areas round the year, said Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) Bipin Rawat.
National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval on Thursday said that India needs a stable government for the next 10 years as “weak coalitions” will make the country softer. Doval was speaking on the topic “Dream India 2030 Avoiding the pitfalls” at the Sardar Patel Memorial Lecture in New Delhi.
