Electric Jesus has, thus far, been limited to the film festival circuit, White says there are plans to release the movie to the masses sooner than later. “It will be like every movie you’ve seen over the past strange year. There will be some sort of on-demand window for it, there will be some sort of streaming window on the familiar streaming sites that we all know and love/loathe,” White shares. “Maybe if we get lucky and the timing works out right, you might get to see it on a big screen.”
In the meantime,
Joyful Noise has released the soundtrack as a double-album with a gatefold cover and White and Smith think the music is good enough to stand on it’s own, even if people never see the movie. Though, having had the chance to view
