On April 26, Pikevilleâs Bypass Road (KY-1426) will close to all traffic between the two Pikeville Medical Center entrances for construction of PMCâs new pedestrian tunnel underneath the highway. The tunnel, which has been in the works for several years, will run from the hospitalâs Riverfill parking lot to the grassy area near the main entrance fountain.
