A shallow labor pool is forcing one central Pennsylvania restaurant owner to take drastic measures.
Starting May 2, Yak N Yeti owner Tenzin Norbu said he’s temporarily closing his Himalayan restaurant at 213 N. Third St. in New Cumberland so he can follow through with plans to open a third restaurant in Lancaster. He also operates a Yak N Yeti in Carlisle, which will remain open.
