All northbound lanes were blocked along with three of the southbound lanes. No word on the identity of the person killed in the crash. All lanes on the 101 reopened in both directions. We are hearing a caltrans crew is due to come out sometime between 7 30 and 9 00 to begin repair work on the Center Divide. We are on standby waiting for chp to arrive to give us more details on the accident as the investigation progresses and to also give us a sense on how traffic has moved this morning with the rain. Flooding loading docks. An engineer said it flooded a almost where they have phone systems. It is not spoused to supposed to cause big problems. I spoke with an employee with the subway station. He said it is underwater. It will cause big problems today. There is a tunnel and we broke into the tunnel. There will be a subway running through. We have three levels. Each flooded. The bottom is 1 underwater. We have work to do. A lot of work to do. They are work on the system. This affected that. They do have a handle on this. There is no more gushing water. They are going to be working for several hours to try and determine the cause. They think it is old age and they need to figure it out.
