Who lived with zabala for the last five years. An innocent person has died. Well do everything we can to hold him accountable and get some sense of justice for the baby. Reporter last sunday, the babys mother called 911 to the familys boston avenue apartment and the baby was taken to valley medical center. Doctors called the Sheriffs Department after xrays showed the infants cause of death was a Skull Fracture and brain injury, she had nine broken ribs, broken arm and broken legs. Some of the injuries were older and had begun healing. I think it was rage. I think it was pure violence. The person has a prior conviction for child abuse. Reporter zabala was convicted in 2008 of an abuse case out of gilroy involving his 4yearold daughter. People have asked me about why.
